Tadpole Treble (E – mild fantasy violence) has snuck onto the Wii U eShop after first hitting Steam Early Access in May.
A brief update from BITFINITY on Steam confirmed the game had released on eShop and announced a forthcoming Steam update would be coming that include launch details and patches.
The game promises to be an “auto-scrolling adventure game” with a heavy emphasis on music, ala Donkey Konga and other rhythm games. Wii U exclusive features include Off-TV play, a touch-screen based level creator/Composition mode, and Miiverse integration. Leaderboards won’t be made immediately available.
We’ll have our review of Tadpole Treble up in the near future – we’ve just started playing ourselves!
